So we will take about 45 minutes here today. For the first 15 mins I want to just take some time to get to know you guys and learn exactly what your goals are so that I can prescribe the best solution possible for you. From there we will perform our athlete analysis. It will take about 15 mins. We are going to perform a few key tests so we can determine a baseline for your speed and power capabilities. After the analysis we will come back in and go over the results. From there you can decide if you would like to begin training with us. If not, no problem, we will part as friends.
